I have spent more than 20 years working with people, teams and businesses — from executive search and leadership assessment to building and transforming HR functions.
Over the years, I have worked with business owners, executives and HR teams across different markets and industries, solving very different people-related challenges.
Today, I lead HR Partners and personally work on complex assignments where experience, judgment and a deeper understanding of people and business matter.
Maria Shipitsyna, Founder of HR Partners, has more than 20 years of experience in HR. Her expertise includes building and transforming HR functions, Executive Search and international recruitment, as well as the assessment and development of executives.Maria holds SHL and Hay Group certifications in personnel assessment and is a certified career coach. She personally leads projects in Executive Search, executive assessment and development, HR transformation and complex international assignments, while also helping shape the company’s professional standards.
